Kathy is a true real estate professional. I worked with her from NJ and it was a smooth pleasant experience in buying our home there in Conway South Carolina. She is responsive and is true to her word. I would advise everyone to contact her if you are interested in buying a home in the Myrtle Beach area of South Carolina

Kathy is the epitome of professionalism, but yet very personable. She goes way beyond the duties of a realtor. She is extremely knowledgeable about her profession and specifically the Myrtle Beach area. She continues to reach out to her clients past your closing for any questions or assistance she might render. We no longer consider Kathy our realtor, but a good friend. We worked with her more than a year to purchase a home. We had two houses for sale in VA and NC working with other realtors in each prospective state. Kathy understood we had to sell one of our homes before we could purchase a home in SC. She was patient and kind as we went through the stressful process of selling our homes. There were many bumps along the way selling our properties with them eventually selling almost simultaneously. She stayed in contact with us through this entire process and was always available for support, but never, ever pressured us in any way to purchase a home in SC. Once our properties sold, Kathy assisted us in finding our perfect home and guided us in all the details of making our purchase. She listened attentively to all our needs for a home. As retirees moving to a new state, we were very blessed to find the perfect realtor, Kathy Dulhagen. Because I was coming from out of state, Kathy was very helpful in setting up tours of all the houses I found on line. We allowed ourselves one week to decide. Once we decided which houses we liked, we then gave her our offers and we decided within five days. Then we were back in South Carolina in our new forever home.

Mrs Dulhagen was our Realtoris we did a lot of research to find a good realtor she is the most respectable,reliable and honest realtor I have ever met. She will go beyond her duties to help you find what you are looking for. This is the best realtor who really listens to her clients needs. She considers her clients needs and adds a her personal thoughts to each house . She keeps in constant contact, always a return call and if she does not have the answer she will get it for you. She helps you after you have signed the contract on all your needs. Your not just a client she treats you like family. I would recommend her to everyone I know

Our experience with Kathy Dulhagen was the best experience we have had. In a time when everything should have been an exciting and happy time (selling a home and buying another) we had a medical emergency with my husband and all was left to me to do, close on the house we sold and then close on the home we bought. In this trying time Ms. Dulhagen went above and beyond to make sure that all of the stress of closing on two houses was not entirely upon my shoulders, I don't know what I would have done without her. Also, not only Mrs. Dulhagen but her husband came to my aid when there was a pretty big mishap the day I moved in to help me out, I cannot say enough about Mrs. Dulhagen and her efforts to make sure that my closing went perfectly. I would refer anyone to her for the buying of a home, you will not find a more caring and wonderful person.

Kathy came through for our family with flying colors during a difficult and emotional time...and she did it all with professionalism, warmth and friendliness! We were faced with having to move our mother out of her home in SC to a retirement community in PA in 2 weeks time. Kathy helped us through each step in the process and patiently explained all the details (much of it long distance between SC, NJ and PA.) Her manner put me at ease and assured me she would get the job done from the moment we first met. Within 2 months time, the house was put on the market and sold! I highly recommend Kathy...you will not be disappointed!

It was really fun working with Kathy. She is very down to earth and a laid back person. She made looking at homes a fun experience for my boyfriend and I and had good opinions. She was always willing to help or answer any questions we had, even if it was her day off. I definitely recommend working with Kathy and we would do it again in the future.
